GreenHaven Care Services is for homeowners who care about their property, whether that means getting their space back or keeping it looking right all year, and for property managers who need a crew they can count on.
A garage that got away from you. A rental that has to be emptied between tenants. A lot that needs to be cleared. If you've got junk, we'll haul it.
Landlords, short term rental hosts, realtors getting a house ready to list: if this is something you deal with more than once, put us in your phone. You text, we handle it, and you get back to your day.

Take a look at what we do
Getting on our schedule is simple
Jobs we have done around town.
All of these were our own crew, here in Champaign and Urbana. Nothing staged and nothing borrowed. Tap any photo to see it bigger.
A driveway dug out after the storm
Same driveway, same morning. Buried when we pulled up, clear enough to back a car out by the time we left.
We clear driveways and walks all winter. Call or text to get on the list before the next storm.
Hauling, cleanouts, lawns, and snow
What our customers said.
These are real reviews from people who hired us, posted on our Facebook page. We didn't write any of them.
Two guys, one truck, and a standard.
GreenHaven Care Services is a locally owned property services company serving Champaign, Urbana, Savoy, and the surrounding area.
We're Michael and Jace. When you call GreenHaven, you're talking to one of the two people who will actually be standing in your driveway. There's no call center, no dispatcher, and no subcontractor we hand your job off to.
We started GreenHaven because we kept seeing the same thing in our own neighborhoods. Someone needs a couch gone, a garage emptied, or a driveway cleared, and the options are either a company that won't return a call for a job that size, or a stranger with a truck who may or may not show up. We wanted to be the third option. Big enough to be reliable, small enough to care.
We keep our service list short on purpose. Junk and debris hauling and property cleanouts run all year. Snow and ice removal runs in winter, lawn care runs in summer. That's it. We'd rather be the people you trust with four things than the people who claim to do everything and do none of it particularly well.
We work for homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers, realtors, and local businesses. A single mattress and a full estate cleanout get the same treatment: a straight price before we start, a crew that arrives when we said we would, and a space left better than we found it.
If it's on or around your property and it needs to go, call us. If it's something we don't handle, we'll tell you that honestly, and when we can, point you to someone who does.
Locally owned and operated
We live and work here. Champaign, Urbana, Savoy, and the surrounding area is our home, not a service territory on a map.
The same crew, every time
No subcontracting. The people who quote your job are the people who do your job.
Residential and commercial
Homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers, realtors, and local businesses. Any size job.
Straight pricing
We walk the job, give you a price, and that's the price. No surprise line items after the work is done.
